WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- ALL ITEMS AND/OR ANIMALS AND ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS-IS WHERE-IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES WRITTEN OR IMPLIED
- ALL GUARANTEES ARE BETWEEN THE BUYER AND THE SELLER, REMUDA AUCTIONS LLC IS ONLY THE ACTING AGENT BETWEEN THE BUYER AND THE SELLER, NOTHING MORE
- ALL CUSTOMERS MUST HAVE A GOVERNMENT ISSUED I.D. AND BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
- ALL CUSTOMERS MUST REGISTER FOR A BIDDER NUMBER AND PLACE A $200 CASH/ZELLE DEPOSIT DOWN
(SELLERS ARE EXEMPT FROM PAYING A DEPOSIT). IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING IN THE AUCTION, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED - THE BUYERS FEE IS 15%
- THE EQUINE SELLER’S FEE WILL BE $125 PER ANIMAL IF THE ANIMAL SELLS FOR UNDER $1250. IF THE ANIMAL SELLS FOR OVER $1250, THE EQUINE SELLER’S FEE WILL BE A 10% COMMISSION OF THE SELL PRICE.
- THE SELLER’S FEE FOR ANY ITEMS THAT
ARE NOT ANIMALS WILL BE A FLAT 15% OF THE SELL PRICE. THE $125 SELLER’S FEE WILL BE COLLECTED AT THE TIME THE
ANIMAL IS CONSIGNED. ALL GOATS/SHEEP WILL BE SOLD @ $5.00/HEAD PLUS $5 FOR SCRAPIE TAGS PER ANIMAL. - THE PAYOUT OF THE ITEMS AND/OR ANIMAL(S) THAT ARE SOLD WILL BE PAID OUT AFTER THE BUYER HAS PAID FOR THE ITEMS
AND/OR ANIMAL(S) AND NOT BEFORE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IN THE CASE, THAT A BUYER FORFEITS THEIR DEPOSIT AND DOES NOT BUY THE ITEMS AND/OR ANIMAL THE AUCTION HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPENSATE THE CONSIGNOR IF THE BUYER DEFAULTS ON THE PAYMENT. - IF A BUYER BIDS ON ITEMS AND/OR ANIMALS AND WINS THE BID AND DOES NOT PAY THE BALANCE, THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND THE BIDDER WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND ANYMORE AUCTIONS.
- IF A WINNING BID IS OVER $2000.00 THE BUYER WILL NEED TO PLACE AN ADDITIONAL 10% DEPOSIT DOWN WITH CASH/ZELLE ON THE ITEMS AND/OR ANIMALS.
- ALL PURCHASES MUST BE PAID BY THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS THE DAY OF THE AUCTION WITH CASH/ZELLE ONLY.
- NO CHECKS WILL BE ALLOWED.
- THE AUCTIONEER/AUCTION SHALL USE ITS BEST EFFORTS IN THE SALE OF THE CONSIGNOR'S ITEMS AND/OR ANIMALS.
- THE MINIMUM RESERVE PRICE OF THE ITEMS AND/OR ANIMALS SHALL BE FIXED BY THE CONSIGNOR.
- ALL STARTING BIDS WILL BE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE AUCTIONEER/AUCTION.
- ALL ITEMS AND/OR ANIMALS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY BY THE END OF THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
- THE AUCTION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MOVE THE ITEMS AND/OR ANIMALS TO ANOTHER LOCATION TO AWAIT PICKUP BY THE BUYER.
- THE COST OF FEED AND BOARD WILL BE $25 A DAY UNTIL PICKED UP
- NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE ALLOWED IN THE PEN AREAS WITHOUT AN ADULT GUARDIAN
- IN CASE THERE IS A TIE BETWEEN BIDDERS IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE AUCTIONEER TO DECLARE THE HIGHEST
BIDDER. - THE AUCTIONEERS DECISION IS FINAL
- ANY ANNOUNCEMENTS THE DAY OF THE AUCTION SUPERSEDES ANY AFOREMENTIONED TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- THE AUCTIONEER, REMUDA AUCTIONS LLC, EMPLOYEES AND/OR THE FACILITY AND LOCATIONS HOSTING THE AUCTION ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE OR LOSS INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH THE AUCTION OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED ON THE PROPERTY INCLUDING AND NOT LIMITED TO PHYSICAL WELL BEING, PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND /OR ANIMALS. ALL ITEMS AND/OR ANIMAL(S) WILL BE INSPECTED, AND ALL EXISTING ISSUES WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED BY THE AUCTION STAFF AND ANNOUNCED DURING THE AUCTION.
